By 2002, TM Floyd & Company's service offerings had become more refined since IPC produced their first-generation website in 1996. With growing competition and a more educated client base, IPC was asked to bring the website visuals and message up-to-date with current expectations, while adjusting the content to showcase TM Floyd's & Company's current strengths.

Starting with a page layout that dynamically adjusts to the viewer's screen size, we wanted the first page of the site to have a wealth of information useful to current and potential clients, and job-seekers. The architecture contains an easy-to-follow navigation bar at the top of the page, and three separate content areas for current news, company introduction, and solution highlights. A bit of Flash animation "builds" their company logo at the top of the page. Throughout the site, images of friendly business people are used to convey the company's outward and helpful personality.
Interior pages are composed of one content area. External services provide for the careers and industry news areas while maintaining consistency with the site's layout.
